Community Service Committee

The Department of Community Service in KUST with a slogan of " If you see a need, take the lead” is dedicated for providing students, faculty and staff with relevant volunteer experience that match the needs of our neighbors, as well as the skills and interests of our voluntary student

Through opportunities to explore diverse forms of service, students will develop the understanding of community needs, especially through personal experiences with communities outside of university.
These voluntary activities currently are all required for all Students in “Introduction to Ethics” and “Kurdology” courses. Students must complete at least ten hours service in volunteer community as part of their course completion requirement and its weight is 10% for each course.
